Now in its ninth year, the Manilva International Festival is an opportunity for the different nationalities which make up Manilva’s multi-ethnic community to showcase their culture, arts and gastronomy.
Running from Friday, 2nd to Sunday, 4th July on the Paseo Maritimo in Sabinillas the festival provides an opportunity for visitors to discover the traditions, cuisine and culture of the various countries participating in the event such as Spain, England, Germany, Chile, Lebanon, Peru, Bolivia, France, Morocco, Thailand, Brazil, Cuba, Argentina, Paraguay, Colombia, Israel, and Ecuador.
Besides the numerous stands there is also a packed programme of entertainment from 8 pm on Friday, 10.30 pm on Saturday, and 8 pm on Sunday culminating with a concert by "La Secta de la Rana".
